Southern Comforts takes extra care to fully describe our new and gently used items. However previously owned items are seldom perfect. Please email or call with any questions on items before placing your order. All items are offered for sale in their as-is condition.

Southern Comforts does not offer shipping. We are happy to connect you to one of our local delivery companies to get your new purchase from our store to your home.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 24 hours to return an item from the date/time of purchase. The item must be in the same condition as it left the store. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items may not be returned after 24 hours, but may be re-consigned.


We initiate refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) after inspecting the item. If the item is damaged or has any flaws that were incurred after the item left the store, we cannot issue a refund. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You are responsible for any costs to return the item to our store. Delivery costs to or from our store are not refundable.
